Using free-range Australian Pork, LP's Parsley & Pecorino sausages are seasoned with black pepper, garlic, and (obviously) parsley and pecorino, their Chorizo Porteño is flavoured with garlic, white wine and spices for that unforgettable Spanish flavour, while their Pig's Head is blended with garlic, salt, and spices to provide an incredible flavour and soft, subtle texture.
