With the ever-increasing popularity of entertaining at home, boundary-pushing retail space Fabbrica Pasta Shop has released a range of ready to heat-and-eat pasta packs to retailers around the country.


Offering three crowd-favourite varieties—Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Trottole Pork & Fennel Sausage, and Rigatoni Wagyu Beef Ragu—the team from Ragazzi (the Fabbrica Team's Sydney CBD Restaurant) have brought their restaurant-quality flavours and ingredients to make what is the best cook-at-home pasta currently available. Each pack is made on-site with locally sourced ingredients to the exact standards of the Ragazzi team, and comes with enough fresh pasta and sauce for two substantial servings.


A restaurant-quality meal in under five minutes, Fabbrica's cook-at-home packs are perfect for an at-home date night or an elevated family pasta night.

Trottole Pork & Fennel Sausage

Trottole, a type of pasta many people might not have tried, originated in Napoli, and it is one of the best we've tried when it comes to holding onto sauce.

When paired with Fabbrica's incredible pork and fennel sausage ragu, and a whack of fresh parmesan, you'll soon understand why this is a best-seller in the cook-at-home range. 

Rigatoni Wagyu Beef & Red Wine Ragu

The classic meat-based ragu, taken to new heights. Fabbrica's version includes tender chunks of Wagyu Beef cheek and Cavolo Nero served over another great sauce-holder: Rigatoni.

The result is a rich and delicious dish that takes the simple and perfects it by using high-quality ingredients.


To make sure you receive the stock with the longest shelf life, Fabbrica are making product to order and then sending it straight over to us.

We are taking orders fortnightly for delivery the following week, our upcoming order cycles are as follows:
