LP’s Quality Meats Saucisson Sec
LP’s Quality Meats have hit another home run with their French-style Saucisson Sec.
It’s made with free-range Australian pork, mould-ripened in a natural casing, simply seasoned with only garlic and black pepper, and proudly hand-made and matured at their restaurant in Chippendale, Sydney.
To say this is a must-try is an understatement; the simplicity of the seasonings is made possible by the incredible produce and techniques used to make this the best Saucisson Sec available in Australia.
Olsson’s Truffle Salt
The Olsson Family has been making solar sea salt since the 1950s, and is the oldest family-owned and operated sea salt maker in Australia. For the 2021 iteration of Olsson’s Truffle Salt, they have combined their high-quality Australian sea salt flakes with finely shaved fresh (not freeze-dried) Australian Grown Truffles.
The result: an incredible infusion of the nutty, earthy characteristics of the truffle wound through every flake of Olsson’s incomparable sea salt. Nothing artificial, just pure sea salt and truffles.
City Larder Crackers
