This very special sherry vinegar is produced with aged Oloroso from the Montilla-Moriles DOP region to which selected Pedro Ximenez grape must is added once concentrated. As it ages for over 25 years it develops an extraordinary unique fruity aroma. With a velvety, full bodied, sweet and smooth flavour this is an exceptional sherry vinegar.
