La Catedral de Navarra has been dedicated to making high quality vegetable preserves for more than 70 years. Located in Mendavia (Navarra), La Catedral de Navarra is distinguished by using natural, seasonal products which are harvested by hand at their peak, capturing the essence of the product.
This wild mushroom Boletus Edulus is harvested in the Spanish Pyrenees, and then confited in olive oil, with the addition of salt.
