The Olsson family have been making solar sea salt since 1948, and is the oldest 
family owned and operated sea salt maker in Australia.

Sea salt flakes are combined with finely shaved fresh and Australian grown Black Perigord Truffles.  The seductive, earthy character of the truffle is infused through every flake. Available seasonally from August to December (unless sold out prior) annually.
