Jimoto Foods is run by two chefs, Max and Doug, who worked together for many years cooking over the Hibachi, slicing sashimi, and serving delicious food. They have a deep passion for the simplicity, uniqueness, and overall philosophy of Japanese cooking.
Whether it's the fresh, floral notes in their Shiso Teriyaki, the bright zest of their Lemon Myrtle & Yuzu Ponzu, the umami-packed punch of their Miso Hot Sauce, the sweet and sour balance of their Spicy Ume and Lime dressing, or their salty, spicy and acidic Fresh Yuzu & Chilli dressing, Jimoto sauces are made to be different.
