This versatile, sweet and floral mixture allows you to season anything from noodles in the wok, to a steak in the frying pan. It is ideal for adding depth to slow cooked dishes and works great as a overnight marinade for barbecues.
In this recipe we infuse locally grown Shiso and we only use the most premium Japanese tamari soy.
