Mushroom pâté is here after many years of development. We have finally cracked the code and come up with a vegetarian pâté that we LOVE. This is made with the same attention to detail as all our pâtés.
It's made in almost the exact same way but without the liver; using mushrooms, lentils, and artichokes instead. Madeira, port, and brandy are used with onion and garlic for the base. As always, lots of that grass-fed butter that really makes a good pâté. This isn’t a vegetable dip pretending to be a pâté; this is a true pâté made from vegetables. There is a big difference. We hope you all love it as much as we do.

Ingredients: Mushrooms (20%), butter, free range egg, vegetable oil, onion, lentils, artichoke, garlic, salt, port, madeira, sherry, brandy, herbs, spices, agar agar, black pepper, mushroom powder (0.1%), sherry vinegar, citric acid, curing salt (pres 250).
This is a chilled product so please keep refrigerated.
