Returns & Refund Policy

Refund for faulty products
If there is a problem or fault with the product, simply notify us on (03) 9459 5767 or within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort out either a full refund or replacement product to be sent out to you.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. With that said, if you have an issue with a faulty product please refer to our refund policy as above.
