Santa Teresa has been making quince paste in the World Heritage city of Avila for well over a century. Made with fresh Spanish grown quince, which are peeled, poached and then slowly cooked with only sugar and lemon juice. So different to the mass produced quince pastes made with imported pulp, thickeners, stabilisers and preservative.
Santa Teresa Quince Paste is fruity, slightly tannic with a firm texture and is perfect with cheese. It is the best quince paste made anywhere!
