La Catedral de Navarra has been dedicated to making high quality vegetable preserves for more than 70 years. Located in Mendavia (Navarra), La Catedral de Navarra is distinguished by using natural, seasonal products which are harvested by hand at their peak, capturing the essence of the product.

Harvested in late summer, early autumn for optimum ripeness, these peppers are fire roasted and peeled by hand, with no water contact for the best flavour.
